Inclusion Support Practitioner for Secondary Phase
Join to apply for the Inclusion Support Practitioner for Secondary Phase role at East Midlands Academy Trust
Overview
The ISP (Inclusion Support Practitioner) role at NIA is a new innovative and exciting opportunity to be the conduit of support to ensure that all our children can ‘be the best they can be’.
We are looking for talented and driven individuals who can work within a team to enhance the curriculum delivery across our secondary phase. The role offers a flexible pattern of working to suit your passions, aspirations and expertise when working and inspiring the next generation to succeed.
We are looking for ISPs to work specifically within our core curriculum areas of:
* Maths
* English
* Science
As a curriculum ISP you will work within these subject areas as part of the curriculum team to ensure all our children make accelerated progress and experience success throughout and beyond their education.
In addition, if you have a passion for supporting children who have additional Special Educational Needs or disabilities, we are looking for ISPs to join our SEND team at NIA, working with identified SEND learners. You may support EHCP learners in and out of the classroom in small groups to deliver targeted intervention pathways to enable greater access to the curriculum and secure successful outcomes in preparation for adulthood.
If you have a passion for working with amazing young people along with an enthusiasm for any of these opportunities, then NIA is the place for you.
