This is an ideal role for an individual with strong numeracy skills and administrative experience who enjoys working in a vibrant community environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase orders, invoices, and staff expenses accurately. Managing the school’s petty cash and performing regular bank reconciliations. Assisting with the monitoring of department budgets and preparing monthly reports. Handling income collection, including school dinner money and trip payments via online platforms (e.g., ParentPay). Liaising with suppliers and resolving any payment or ordering queries. We Are Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in a finance or bookkeeping role (school-based experience is highly desirable but not essential). Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using financial software (e.g., FMS, RM Finance, or Sage ).
