As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also have opportunities to prove yourself as a leader and advance in your career with the right training.

Responsibilities
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
* Provide customers with the best possible experience every visit
Qualifications
* Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to stay calm in any situation
* Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team
* A proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop themselves and store operations
