Job Title: Lettings Manager Location: Bournville - Birmingham Basic Salary: £28,500 OTE : £31,000 Experience Required: Lettings Manager or Lettings Valuer experience A highly successful and reputable Estate Agent, is looking for an experienced lettings professional looking to step up and become a Lettings Manager. Knowledge & Experience Previous experience in an estate agent Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and landlords and the team Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential Show respect for others and build relationships Duties and Responsibilities: Manage / oversee the end-to-end lettings process for residential properties Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements Advertise available properties through various channels- Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) ARLA membership (preferred) Benefits: Company events Company pension Schedule: Weekend availability
