Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Innovation and GenAI Project Manager to join our dynamic Technolgy and Transformation team. As the Innovation and GenAI Project Manager in Tech & Transformation, you will be responsible for collaborating with the business and the network to identify opportunities for innovation. You will also be responsible for project managing all innovation projects and GenAI implementation, ensuring their successful execution and delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, business processes, and project management methodologies.

As part of our team based in Jersey, you will work alongside skilled and experienced Project Managers and IT specialists. Technology is central to our strategy, and the Tech & Transformation team plays a vital role in integrating digital solutions into our firm. You will have the chance to establish relationships and enable new technology solutions across the business, revolutionising the way we operate.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

1. Collaborate with the business and the network to identify opportunities and drive innovation within Business Enablement.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners, to drive innovation initiatives.

3. Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

4. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks.

5. Lead the GenAI working group with colleagues from across the business lines of service

6. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of innovative solutions into existing systems and processes.

7. Build a network through collaboration with key contacts across the wider PwC network to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology, business processes, and internal services.

Project Management

8. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed innovation projects.

9. Develop business cases and project plans for innovation projects, outlining objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.

10. Project manage all innovation projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.

11. Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project execution.

Line Management

12. Manage the performance of the BE Innovator.

13. Manage the project discovery, monitoring and implementation for all automation projects, with understanding of tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx and MS Power Platform.

14. Identifying recruitment and training needs within the Innovation team.

Project Delivery

15. Ensure all Gen AI tools are tested & enabled for the firm, and licensing agreed.

16. Monitor and evaluate the success of innovation projects, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

17. Document and communicate project progress, findings, and outcomes to stakeholders and management.

Change Management

18. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of innovative solutions into existing systems and processes.

19. Design & Implement Changes.

20. Assess the Impact of Changes.

21. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technology and transformation to continuously enhance our business analysis approach.

Qualifications & Certifications:

24. Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent related experience.

25. Relevant professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP etc.

26. Previous experience of delivering projects in a regulatory driven IT change environment, (ISO27001).

27. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the technology or digital transformation space.

28. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

29. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for innovation.

31. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on driving business value through innovation.

32. Familiarity with emerging technologies and their potential applications in a business context.

They should have an understanding of machine learning, AI, Power platform and be able to evaluate and implement new technologies that can drive business growth and efficiency.

39. Business acumen: The candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to align innovation initiatives with the overall business strategy. They should be able to identify areas where innovation can create value and drive competitive advantage.

40. Project management skills: The candidate should have strong project management skills and be able to effectively plan, execute, and monitor innovation projects. They should be able to manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Travel Requirements:

This role may require travel between the islands and may occasionally require further travel.
