We are currently seeking two experienced MIG Welders to join a busy fabrication team at a well-established manufacturer based in Thetford. This is a hands-on role ideal for skilled individuals looking for ongoing, long-term work.
🔩 Key Duties:

Operate hand tools and power tools to fabricate components to specification
*
Perform welding tasks, specifically MIG welding
*
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate fabrication
*
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition
*
Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently
*
Use basic maths skills for accurate measurements and fabrication calculations
✅ Candidate Requirements:
*
Proven experience in welding and fabrication (hot rolled steel experience preferred)
*
Proficiency with trade-relevant hand and power tools
*
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
*
Basic maths skills for measurement and calculation
*
Able to work independently and within a team
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
*
A valid welding certification is essential
