We’re seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to provide proactive support to external candidates and internal colleagues across the Cabot Credit Management Group. This role is vital for delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, working within defined HR service level agreements to ensure a first-class service. If you’re passionate about creating positive first impressions and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing proactive onboarding support to new starters and internal colleagues across the CCM Group.
* Completing pre-employment screening and reference checks in line with company and client SLAs.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity within the People System.
* Coordinating onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities, and L&D teams.
* Supporting client audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
* Acting as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
* Assisting with contracts, new starter paperwork, and general HR admin support.
