Bishops Veterinary Surgery is looking for a receptionist to fit in with our small, friendly team!
The successful candidate will be proactive, caring, a good communicator, computer literate, and keen to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. They will also need to be able to multi‑task and work under pressure as days can sometimes get quite hectic if lots of animals are unwell.
The role includes serving clients in reception, answering the phones, attending to emails in a professional and timely manner and other general administrative duties including debt management. Previous experience working in the veterinary sector is highly valued.
