Remote Conveyancer Location: Fully Remote (UK) Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Bonus Hours: Full-time Why Apply Capio is partnering with a well established and forward thinking Law firm to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team on a fully remote basis. You’ll handle a varied caseload with full administrative support, modern systems, and the ability to work flexibly from home. The Role You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity Title checks, reporting and contract drafting Managing client relationships throughout the transaction Liaising with agents, lenders, brokers and third parties Using case management systems to progress files efficiently You’ll be supported by a friendly, well structured remote team and benefit from clear processes that allow you to focus on technical work, not admin. About You Minimum 3 years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload Confident handling files independently from start to finish Strong communicator with a calm, client focused approach Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow Good working knowledge of modern conveyancing systems and procedures Proactive, organised and able to meet deadlines without supervision This is an ideal role for an experienced Conveyancer looking for flexibility, stability and a supportive remote working environment.
