Job Title: Learning & Development Manager | London
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role focuses on fostering growth, shaping careers, and supporting a positive culture where everyone can excel.
Responsibilities:
* Identify training needs and develop effective programmes.
* Implement and maintain a company-wide learning platform.
* Manage induction and ongoing training for new employees.
* Assist with training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborate with leadership to create tailored development plans.
* Support and develop a small training team.
Requirements:
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Comfort with learning systems and digital content creation.
* Leadership qualities, integrity, and a passion for employee development.
* Organized, curious, and innovative in L&D approaches.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus.
