We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our busy support and project teams. This role involves a mix of helpdesk support and on-site project work, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise across various technologies. About You: We are looking for candidates with experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or a Microsoft Partner. Depending on expertise, multiple positions are available. Key Responsibilities: Providing remote and on-site IT support to clients Managing and resolving helpdesk tickets efficiently Delivering project-based work, including system installations and migrations Meeting SLAs and following established support procedures Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users Liaising with leading vendors, including Microsoft, Dell, HP, Acronis, and Sophos Technical Skills & Experience: Experience with some or all of the following technologies would be advantageous: Windows Server, Virtualisation, and Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams) Azure & M365 features (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Intune Endpoint Manager) Security & networking (firewalls, anti-virus, MDR deployment and maintenance) PC & Server hardware (troubleshooting and installations) What We’re Looking For: Methodical and detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tickets independently Strong communication skills – capable of explaining technical solutions clearly to clients A proactive and problem-solving mindset This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and supportive team, working with cutting-edge technologies.
