Job Description: Are you a creative communicator who wants to make a difference and do you thrive when your ideas and skills can directly impact the lives of adults with care and support needs? We’re looking for a Specialist Communications and Engagement Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and deliver communications and engagement initiatives that support commissioners, providers and key partners across East Sussex. By joining the Policy and Strategic Development Team, you can make a difference by championing innovative communications. You will create compelling content for providers across East Sussex, including the Adult Social Care and Health Provider Bulletin, provider forums and our market position statement. You will organise and facilitate meaningful engagement events, both online and in-person and also contribute to internal policy and guidance that supports high quality commissioning. Collaboration will be your strong point, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, strategic messaging.
