About the Role
As a Pensions Client Director, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of key client accounts, ensuring service excellence, commercial growth, and long-term retention. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, identifying new opportunities, and implementing client-focused solutions within a fast-evolving environment.
Ideally, you will be able to attend an office in either Manchester, Glasgow or Edinburgh on a hybrid working basis!
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the relationship management and commercial development for a portfolio of major clients
* Oversee the delivery of Pensions administration services, ensuring high standards against agreed KPIs
* Implement operational effectiveness initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency
* Support revenue growth while managing cost controls and profitability targets
* Act as a strategic advisor, delivering innovative contractual and service solutions
