Location: Rosehip Cottage - Mirfield
Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). Rotas are provided in advance. This is a full-time role across 365 days a year.
Pay rate: £31,917 to £32,540 per annum (depending on qualification) with opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate
Essential requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
Eligibility: Applicants must be over 21 and have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.

Our Wakefield home is a brand-new solo service offering a smaller setting for young people who need therapeutic placements. Our team supports young people with domestic needs, education, socialisation skills, and engaging activities and excursions.
We are looking for nurturing and supportive people who can provide high levels of therapeutic care and help children achieve outcomes. Due to industry regulations, the role requires compliance with safer recruitment practices.
