This is a MondayFriday role no nights offering a salary of up to £39,000, plus a company car or £4,877 car allowance and an excellent benefits package.The Role As a Community Nurse, youll play a key role in delivering safe, personalised care in the community.
Youll work autonomously while remaining well supported by a wider multidisciplinary team.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering high-quality nursing care to children in the communityWorking closely with families to develop and review personalised care plansCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure joined-up careManaging your own caseload with strong organisation and time managementMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and reportingSalary & Benefits Salary up to £39,000Company car or £4,877 car allowance33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Private healthcare coverContributory pension schemeDeath in service (4x salary)Weekend and evening enhancementsProfessional registrations paidOngoing training and developmentCompany mobile phone and tabletAbout You To be successful in this role, youll be:A Registered Nurse (NMC)Competent with IV therapiesExperienced in a community or home-based nursing roleA confident, organised practitioner comfortable managing a caseloadA full UK driving licence holderExperience as a Community Nurse, Staff Nurse, District Nurse, or Home Care Nurse would be particularly relevant.Interested?
