Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Barrow Upon Soar
Salary: £47,403
Shifts: 3 Shift Rotation (Mornings / Afternoons / Nights)


Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a challenging and rewarding role within a heavy manufacturing environment? We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team in Barrow Upon Soar where you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain plant and facilities to a high standard
* Minimise downtime while upholding workplace safety and cleanliness
* Support the delivery of engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs
* Comply with all SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) regulations
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the site
* Collaborate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
* Ideally apprentice trained
* Strong team player
* Heavy manufacturing experience ideally
* Willingness to drive continuous improvements
* Excellent fault-finding abilities
* Experience working with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley systems
