The role of Trainee Recruitment Advisor would involve supporting our Recruitment Advisors by:
Advertisement of vacancies
Completing candidate registration
Headhunting candidates/CV searching
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies
Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview
Organising interviews
Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
Building relationships with clients
Providing administration support for weekly management of candidate and client requirements
Maintenance of MatchMaker database and all written and electronic records
Answering and directing calls
Responsible for on call, out of hours emergency phone on team rotation basis
Attributes and Skills required by successful candidates for the Trainee Recruitment Advisor role:

Full training will be provided for the position of Trainee Recruitment Advisor. A progression plan is in place through to Recruitment Advisor and on to Senior Recruitment Advisor including the opportunity to obtain an industry recognised qualification.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am 4 pm
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: Dependent upon experience
