Location: Rochdale, North West
Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week
Base Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
Commission: Uncapped, realistic OTE £50,000
Car allowance: £250 per month

Description
Embrace door‑to‑door sales as your primary focus, championing our competitive packages day in, day out, engaging directly with residents at their homes. Build and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion with confidence. Work closely with your line manager to showcase YouFibre’s service to local residents. Foster meaningful relationships within the community and with key stakeholders.
The Essentials
* You’ll be located within a 30‑minute drive of the site.
* Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Valid right to work in the UK.

Training & Onboarding
Full training will be provided. The role is ideal for sales representatives, retail managers, and anyone who enjoys talking to people.
Safety
We recognise that knocking on doors can be intimidating, so a ‘lone worker’ app is provided to ensure your safety. The app will be installed on company iPads and give real‑time location tracking.
