Werelooking for an experienced and quality-drivenBid Writerto lead the development of high-impact tender submissions across the social housing planned maintenance and refurbishment sectors. In this pivotal role,youllbe responsible forproducing clear,compellingand compliant responses to PQQs and ITTs,developingwin themes, and ensuring proposals fully reflect theorganisationsstrengths.
Working closely with Business Development, Operational and Commercial teams,youlldevelop bespoke bid content and coordinate contributions from subject matter experts.Youllmanage evidence and bid libraries, ensuring submissions areaccurate, engaging,and delivered on time.The role also involves supporting bid strategy sessions, lessons-learnt reviews, and interview preparation.
