Hourly Rate: £16.17
Role
* Act as the single point of contact for SCC operations, driving performance and a customer‑focused approach.
* Oversee the compliant delivery of SCC functions, including remote monitoring of IDS, CCTV, access control and related systems.
* Supervise SCC remote controllers, security officers and relief officers, ensuring effective deployment and staff welfare.
* Support Security Management in delivering operational excellence, continuous improvement and service quality.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation, company policies and security industry standards.
* Conduct security scenario testing, audits and reviews, identifying improvements where required.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date SCC documentation, including SOPs, risk assessments and assignment instructions.
