Support Worker Complex Care (Male Applicants Only)
Location: Crewe | Shifts: 12-hour day(8am8pm) | Hours Available: 36 per week
Driver required (Full UK Driving Licence)

About the Role:
We’re currently looking for a male Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Crewe. This is a 1:1 role supporting a friendly, easy-going male client with a spinal cord injury who lives independently in his own accessible bungalow. He has a great sense of humour, enjoys an active lifestyle, and is currently studying at university.
As part of your role, you’ll:
* Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
* Carry out clinical care (including cough assist and oral suctioning full training provided)
* Support with medication management
* Help with moving and handling
* Perform light domestic tasks, including cooking
* Drive the client’s vehicle for university trips and community outings
What We’re Looking For:
* A kind, caring, and respectful approach
* Reliability and flexibility to work shifts
* Good communication skills
* A full, clean UK driving licence (essential for this role)
* A willingness to learn and develop complex care skills
