Electrical Engineering Manager

Join us as an Electrical Engineering Manager, responsible for covering all engineering requirements for multiple factories and facilities. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you will maintain the integrity, reliability and safety of Weetabix's electrical equipment.
The Recipe (About The Role)
* Guide the development and execution of electrical and controls obsolescence plans
* Provide a single point of leadership for all Weetabix electrical standards across the site
* Ensure the controls team maintains and develops the necessary skills to support and enhance operational capability
* Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EMF, PUWER, DSEAR, IRR and Electrical Safety
* Serve as Contractor manager for key electrical assets and equipment across the site
* Develop and implement training and succession plans for the electrical team and other relevant departments
* Own and manage the central engineering electrical budget
* Support and advise on the development of IT systems that enable plant improvement and effective data capture
* Set and maintain site‑wide policies and standards for Electrical and Control Systems equipment
The Ingredients (What We Need From You)
* Degree, HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering discipline
* Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
* Experience in budget management
