A highly reputable, multi service law firm in North Wales is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, ideally qualified to join its high-performing and friendly Property team. * Salary: Highly competitive DOE
* Bonus scheme – 20% of all billings over 3x Salary

The Role
* Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Handle Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchase matters
* Ability to deal with New Build, Shared Ownership and Buy to Let (Not essential)
* Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth file progression
* Maintain a high level of client care
* Work within a structured and well-supported property department
The Candidate
* Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced Fee Earner
* Ability to manage a residential caseload independently from inception to completion
* Capable of managing 60-80 files from start to finish
* Confident handling Sale & Purchase transactions is essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
