An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspirational and talented HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) at a Kensington and Chelsea Primary School, which is a nursery and primary school that prides itself on being a happy, friendly, welcoming, and inclusive environment providing education for children from Nursery (age 3) to Year 6. Our focus is on children’s outcomes and maximizing their potential for success.
We build collaborative relationships with parents, the local community, and other schools to ensure that children:

The HLTA will be responsible for maintaining high standards and progress for all pupils.

Requirements for the HLTA:
* Meet HLTA standards or equivalent qualifications/experience.
* Numeracy and literacy skills at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and positive relationships with children and adults.
* Proficiency in relevant technology and equipment.
* A commitment to the happiness, well-being, self-esteem, and progress of all at the school.
