Job Overview
In this role you will represent the voice of the consumer in our Personal Health business in the UK and manage the Consumer Marketing Intern. You are responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive household penetration, brand preference and market share in the UK market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the local UKI marketing activation plan based on the agreed AOP for the category and local consumer insights together with the Consumer Marketing Leader (CML).
- Champion the voice of the zone and provide business performance and local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends to the regional team.
- Plan and monitor up to 24 months of performance, ensuring delivery of the FY key goals.
- Define local portfolio and channelisation based on Western European range/Channelisation to accommodate local consumer & customer needs.
- Ensure every consumer touchpoint and all consumer‑facing marketing activities (including D2C, Amazon and New Business Development) are perfectly executed, collaborating with Shopper, Media/PR and professional teams in the zone and cross‑functional regional teams.
- Own the end‑to‑end performance of the category in the UK and lead the relevant E2E performance squad, integrating and orchestrating all functions to meet KPIs.
- Lead the development and execution of the Local Marketing Strategy and Planning, and manage the controllable A&P spend together with CML.
- Contribute to regional strategic plans and deliver zone SOF analysis, ambitions and go‑to‑market enablers with RBUL and CML.
- Optimise marketing performance and drive continuous improvements using LEAN principles (Daily Management Board, Problem Solving).
- Collaborate on the development of new business models with the regional team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with beauty brands or the beauty industry is a benefit but not mandatory.
- Experience in digital consumer marketing focusing on building an online brand.
- Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and/or matrix organisation within FMCG.
- Brand activation experience and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with P&L management, including revenue and margin management.
- Knowledge of marketing channel mix strategies (online and offline).
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams and within a business with complex market/channel structures.
- Lean implementation abilities (problem‑solving skills, daily management).
- Positive energy and drive to create impact.
