Our approach ensures that every player feels valued, understood, and equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with a career in professional sport.

* Provide regular updates on leads, pipeline progress, and signed deals.

Essential Skills

* Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting ideas and representing PCSS professionally.
* Business Development: Experience identifying opportunities, pitching services, and closing deals or partnerships.
* Organisation: Strong time management and self-motivation; able to manage multiple leads and priorities independently.
* Integrity & Confidentiality: Demonstrates discretion, trustworthiness, and alignment with PCSS’s values of care and professionalism.
* Commercial Awareness: Understands the principles of revenue generation, partnership value, and fair negotiation.
* Industry Understanding: Awareness of the sports or football landscape, including how clubs, agents, and players operate.

Desirable Skills

* Existing Network: Contacts within football, sports management, or related industries.
* Presentation & Proposal Writing: Ability to create and deliver compelling partnership proposals.
* Creative Thinking: Comfortable developing new ideas for collaborations and growth opportunities.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Motivated by results and comfortable working flexibly around other professional commitments.

Compensation
