We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated SEN Primary School Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children with a range of additional needs thrive both academically and personally. You will be working with pupils who may have ASC, ADHD, learning delays, speech and language needs, or other SEND requirements, using tailored strategies to help them progress in a nurturing environment.

Contract: Long-term and full-time

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons suited to individual needs and EHCP targets.
* Create a calm, inclusive classroom that supports emotional regulation, confidence, and independence.
* Use a variety of strategies and interventions to support pupils with complex needs, ensuring accessibility for all learners.
* Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCos, therapists, and parents to provide consistent, holistic support.
* Track pupil progress and maintain accurate records in line with school and SEND requirements.
* Contribute to creating a positive, supportive environment where every child feels valued and understood.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Primary
* Experience working with SEND in a school setting (SEN teaching experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong behaviour management and the ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of needs
* Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs
* Excellent communication skills and a team‑focused approach
