A well-established law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Wills & Probate department. Working directly alongside the Partner and Head of Department, you will play a key role in supporting the continued expansion of the team while managing a varied and meaningful caseload.
The Role:
* Managing a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
* Advising individuals and families on estate planning and the management of personal affairs
* Working closely with the Head of Department while maintaining responsibility for your own caseload
* Providing clear, supportive guidance to clients on often sensitive and complex matters
* Supporting the ongoing growth and reputation of the Wills & Probate team
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience handling private client matters
* Confident managing files involving wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
* A professional and empathetic communicator who builds strong relationships with clients
* Someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
