About The Role
Join a leading UK holiday home manufacturer and play a key role in crafting quality homes enjoyed by families across the country. As a Production Operative, you\ll work within a skilled team to assemble and finish products to exceptional standards.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Operating machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
* Reading and following job specifications and assembly instructions
* Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
* Working as part of a collaborative, supportive production team
* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
What We;re Looking For
* Experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but not essential
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
