I am working with a global womenswear brand who are looking for an Ecommerce and Digital Project Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of ecommerce development projects ensuring the website delivers a best in class user experience, and supports the growth of their global digital business.
The Role:
Development Project Management
* Own the delivery of ecommerce development projects across website features, integrations, and platform improvements
* Manage digital projects, prioritising customer centric features including personalisation and A/B testing
* Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and development briefs
* Manage project timelines, scopes, and resourcing across multiple concurrent initiatives
* Development QA: Oversee quality assurance for all development projects, ensuring robust testing of functionality, design, and UX before release.
* Drive forward the development roadmap, ensuring clear scoping, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment.
* Monitor site performance and stability post-deployment; coordinate with tech teams to troubleshoot issues as needed
Technology
* Ensure that site performance, functionality & usability are best in class.
* Coordinate end to end project management for all ecommerce platform enhancements ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Development QA: Oversee quality assurance for all development projects, ensuring robust testing of functionality, design, and UX before release.
* Drive forward the development roadmap, ensuring clear scoping, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment.
* Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and third party service providers to integrate crucial tools seamlessly into the platform
Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital project management, ideally within a retail or consumer facing brand.
* Strong understanding of ecommerce architecture, APIs, and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, fulfilment, CRM, personalisation tools).
* Excellent project management skills and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
* Experience working with external development agencies or SaaS providers.
* Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
