We are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming local school in Ystrad Mynach.
About the Role
* Support pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
* Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and care plans.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students thrive academically and socially.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children or adults with SEN (essential).
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable).
