About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and organised Administration Assistant to join a growing construction services company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital role in supporting our general administration, and project coordination and HR Team.
Location: Office-based
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
* Office Management: Handle general administration, manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, and maintain filing systems
* HR Support: First point of contact for agencies and suppliers, manage calendars, and update website/social media
* Document Control: Assist with document management, filing systems, and administrative record-keeping
* Project Support: Provide administrative support for project coordination and contract administration
* Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes as required
* Reception & Customer Service: Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support to all departments
* Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain databases, process forms, and assist with basic reporting requirements
* Service Cover: Provide basic administrative support to Service Team including job creation and assignment
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Planner)
* Experience in HR administration or general office administration
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in construction or facilities management sector
