Job Description
A dynamic co-working platform is seeking a Head of Sales to join them in a newly created role to complement the ongoing growth of the business. Working across our client’s UK & European portfolio this individual will be accountable for delivering portfolio-wide revenue and occupancy performance across Private Office and Dedicated Desks initially.
Role responsibilities
The wide ranging tasks of this role will fall within several key coverage areas:
* Portfolio Revenue & Occupancy Delivery
* Central & “Sales-Only” Team Leadership
* Commercial Direction of Site GMs
* Pipeline Health & Conversion Management
* Pricing Framework & Governance
* Deal Approval & Commercial Authority
* Forecasting & Reporting
Experience and profile
* Senior level UK (essential) and EU (ideal) flex office industry-specific sales focused experience.
* Proven multi-site revenue accountability within flexible workspace, serviced offices or coworking.
* Deep expertise in occupancy management, pricing strategy, revenue optimisation and deal structuring.
* Experience leading centralised sales teams, inbound/qualification functions, broker channels and site-based stakeholders.
* Strong pipeline management discipline with a track record of improving conversion metrics and forecast accuracy.
* Commercial judgement and confidence in centralising pricing governance and deal approval authority.
* A data-led, structured approach to building scalable commercial frameworks.
* A demonstrated history of delivering revenue targets while improving predictability and commercial standards.
* Ability to travel on a regular basis as required by the business.
Remuneration
As this is a newly created position, the level of basic salary and composition of the overall package will depend on the successful individual’s level of experience and preference for remuneration structure. However, it will be competitive to the market rate and will include basic salary, bonus and benefits.
