Location: Wymondham
Salary: £19,425 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay. Free meals during term-time and accommodation.

The College is a member of the Education Trust. The Trust is an expanding multi-academy trust with 13 primary and 9 secondary schools
The Role
They are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of their school as a Resident Fellow. A Resident Fellow works in the Colleges boarding houses and provide support to their academic departments.
The College invites applicants from any academic discipline, but they are particularly interested in applicants who would suit a secondary role as a Cover Assistant (ideal for those considering a career in teaching), department specialism (see below) or immersing entirely into a Pastoral role supporting the Boarding House.
This post is fully residential.

Skills and Qualifications
Be an exceptional Graduate with a strong degree or equivalent qualification;
Be a positive role model for pupils and staff on a day-to-day basis;
