Department: Construction & Engineering • Reporting to: Personal Development Lead • Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays • Contractual hours: 37 per week • Pension: NEST
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist in the preparation of departmental reports.
* Liaise with parents, carers and external services to arrange learner meetings.
* Provide clerical support for the college registry system, Pro-Solution, and support with diary management.
* Ensure the maintenance of individual learning plans.
* Support the Attendance Officers with learner attendance data, as well as liaising with parents, carers and learners by answering calls and dealing with queries.
* Coordinate department returns in line with the College’s Financial, HR and Quality procedures.
* Assist with the organisation of parent’s evenings.
* Assist the HR department with departmental recruitment processes.
What We’re Looking For
* Hold a minimum of Level 3 Business Administration qualification or equivalent.
* Have a Grade 4 or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
* Have experience of working in a busy office.
* Have experience of working in an educational environment (Desirable).
