1. Managing customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
2. Monitoring credit limits and assessing credit risk
3. Investigating and resolving account queries efficiently
4. Allocating payments and maintaining accurate financial records
5. Working closely with the sales and finance teams to support smooth account management
6. Providing excellent customer service by phone and email
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous experience in credit control, accounts administration, or a similar finance role

9. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
