Property operations agent

UpperKey is a fast-growing property management company transforming how premium apartments are run across Europe's major cities. Since 2010 we've grown from a single rental into a portfolio spanning Paris, London and Edinburgh, with operations now reaching across Europe, the US and the UAE — and we're still doubling in size year on year.

We're hiring a driven, self-motivated Property Operations Agent based in central Edinburgh, with regular travel to London. No experience needed — we'll teach you everything. If you're energetic, reliable and happy on your feet, we'll give you the rest. No two days are the same — it's hands-on work across a portfolio of beautiful properties.

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day logistics across our Edinburgh portfolio
• Onboard new apartments and bring them up to UpperKey standards
• Deliver equipment, place orders and source what each property needs
• Troubleshoot issues on the ground
• Meet apartment owners and negotiate their contracts
• Run regular inventories and inspections, and open properties for technicians

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and a friendly, responsible attitude
• Comfortable working independently and travelling to London regularly
• Fluent English
• Minimum commitment of 8 months
