Main Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including file management, diary coordination, and handling internal and external correspondence.
* Act as the single point of contact for all Public Protection and Safeguarding matters, ensuring timely communication with relevant agencies.
* Liaise effectively with external partners such as Probation Services, Social Services, and Courts to support offender management processes.
* Prepare documentation and coordinate meetings for Parole Reviews, Sentence Planning Boards, and other key activities.
* Maintain strict adherence to policies, procedures, and security requirements while meeting all deadlines.
* Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement in line with Sodexo values.

Package Description
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
