Pharmacy Dispenser role Excellent Supervisory Opportunity in Aylesbury
Location: Aylesbury
Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (Saturday opening may be introduced in the future)
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 based on experience
Under new management, my clients modern and growing online pharmacy is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Dispenser ready to take the next step into a senior or supervisory role.
This is a non-patient-facing position in a mail-order and telephone triage environment perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, technology-led setting and is ready to support the smooth running of daily pharmacy operations.

We're looking for someone who is:
6. A qualified Pharmacy Dispenser with experience in a busy dispensary setting.
7. Confident in handling prescriptions, stock control, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
8. Ready to take on more responsibility, including supporting junior team members and assisting in workflow supervision.
9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
10. Comfortable working in a digital / mail-order environment (training provided if needed).
Your Responsibilities Will Include
11. Supporting the day-to-day running of the dispensary.
12. Managing and processing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
13. Telephone triage and assisting with patient queries in a professional manner.
14. Supervising and supporting other dispensary team members.
15. Ensuring adherence to SOPs and maintaining a safe, compliant working environment.
