Bicester | Full Time (37.5 hours) 4‑day working week | 8:00am – 6:00pm At InHealth, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join our Endoscopy team at our static site in Bicester. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality endoscopy services, working within a patient‑centred model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of every individual. What you’ll be doing Welcoming patients in a professional and caring manner, acting as a patient advocate at all times Supporting patient care in line with care plans, under the guidance of the senior clinical team Cleaning, monitoring, and preparing equipment, reporting any issues promptly Recording and communicating relevant patient information and observations Maintaining clear, effective communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team About you A genuine interest in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care A good understanding of health & safety and infection control Flexible and adaptable to meet service and site requirements Committed to learning, development, and maintaining required skills and competencies An effective communicator with strong time and workload management skills What's in it for you We offer permanent employees a fantastic benefits package, accessible through our mobile-enabled rewards platform, InJoy. Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn’t apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.
