About the Company:

Renowned for innovation, technical excellence, and long-standing relationships with industry professionals, they are seeking a dynamic Specification Manager to drive business through M&E consultants and contractors in the Southeast of England.
The Role:
As Specification Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key M&E consultants, specifiers, and contractors to secure product specifications and support the delivery of projects from early design through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target M&E consultants and contractors across the Southeast region.
* Secure specifications for a range of technical building products and solutions.
* Provide technical support, CPDs, and design consultations to consultants and specifiers.
* Track project pipelines using CRM tools and proactively manage sales opportunities through to completion.
* Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align project delivery and client needs.
* Stay informed on relevant building regulations, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in a specification sales role, within the M&E sector
* Strong understanding of the project sales process, from design through to installation.
* Ability to build credible, long-term relationships with technical decision-makers.
* Knowledge of the Southeast construction market.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a territory independently.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including delivering CPDs.
