What You Will Be Doing
* Develop and deploy comprehensive full-stack features, transforming user stories into impactful solutions through well-designed, tested, and scalable code.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs, ensuring long-term stability and performance of our systems.
* Enhance code quality by meticulously reviewing designs and pull requests to maintain clarity, simplicity, and correctness.

* Creating elaborate UIs or intricate backend systems without clear purpose.
* Following specifications blindly without understanding the underlying problem.
* Engaging in constant meetings that hinder productivity and problem-solving.
* Focusing solely on feature delivery instead of addressing genuine user issues.
Senior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities
* Harness AI technologies to deliver software solutions that address real user challenges, ensuring rapid deployment and long-term sustainability.
Basic Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years experience crafting production-level frontend and backend web applications using any framework.
* Proven track record of ownership, managing entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond isolated tasks.
* Ability to independently navigate and resolve ambiguous challenges, setting your own pace and direction.
* Practical experience integrating generative AI into daily development processes.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
