Job Summary
East Kilbride Dental Care are seeking a Treatment coordinator to join our team with previous experience in dental nursing and front of house. As the dental treatment coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between patients and the dental care they need ensuring a seamless experience for patients seeking treatment. This position involves coordinating patient care, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between patients and associates. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of patient treatment are handled efficiently and effectively.
Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Act as a concierge for new patients to the practice, explaining all aspects of treatment and finance as well as supporting them in their treatment journey.
* See patients face to face and discuss treatment plans and financial options available.
* Get involved in business development growth strategies.
* Be responsible for attracting and managing enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media, and events.
* Answer phone calls and patients queries..
* Coordinate treatment schedules and manage appointment bookings to optimise clinic flow.
* Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans, answering any queries they may have.
* Liaise with associates to facilitate smooth transitions of care.
Skills
* Previous dental nursing/ front of house experience
* experience using software of excellence
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with patients and staff.
* Strong organisational abilities with a focus on detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in using office software and technology to streamline processes.
* A compassionate approach towards patient care, ensuring a supportive environment for all individuals seeking treatment.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
