Are you ready to take the lead and build something of your own? A rapidly growing, forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to head up and grow their Quantity Surveying offering in Manchester.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll step into a leading role with immediate responsibility for delivering a diverse pipeline of projects-ranging from £200k refurbishments to £300m developments. From luxury homes and waterfront apartments to high-rise residential, hotels, listed buildings, and sports facilities-your portfolio will be as exciting as it is varied.
With the Manchester office only three years in but already boasting thriving Building Surveying and Project Management teams, the business is now set to expand its QS division-and you'll be at the centre of it.
You'll manage live projects from day one while shaping the team around you as the workload grows. Ideal for a client-facing Associate Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial instincts, leadership ambition, and a passion for delivering top-tier consultancy services.
This is your chance to leave your mark, grow something from the ground up, and carve out a clear path to Director level.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
* A RICS accredited degree qualification
* Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a PQS firm / Consultancy
* MRICS ideally or currently working towards (nearing chartership)
* Dynamic, ambitious and client facing
