Scrum Master - What will I be doing?You will be responsible for the coordination and activities of 3 small development teams. Facilitating daily scrums, refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.Supporting cross-functional squads coaching Agile principalsWorking closely with other Agile Practise members to share ideas and collaborate on best practises to develop as a teamSupporting squads to meet their sprint goals and commitments, removing any blockers and escalating when necessaryManage dependencies between squads by working closely with other squad scrum masters.Improving operational efficiency'sRunning detailed retrospectives within the squads Scrum Master - Key RequirementsUnderstanding of technical disciplines and the ability to work with technical stakeholdersStrong experience and knowledge of a wide variety of Agile / Scrum tools and frameworks, including User Stories, Continuous Integration, etc.Strong servant leadership skills working collaboratively to address any challenges or blockersMust be able to show passion and enthusiasm for Agile Principals and motivating teamsAbility to lead, coach, and mentor software development teams across the full delivery life cycleExcellent communication skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders up to a senior levelAny formal Agile / Scrum Master training or qualifications would be advantageousPrevious experience working within the financial/insurance sector would be beneficial The successful candidate will be working for a company that invests heavily in training, support, and development, with opportunities to progress your skills as an Scrum Master and beyond.
