Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and service a portfolio of client insurance needs from start to finish
* Maximise new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service
* Handle policy renewals and maintain compliance with FCA and GDPR standards
* Support team productivity and contribute to shared success
* Produce and manage insurance documentation
What You Bring:
* Experience in car or home insurance, or transferable skills from underwriting, sales, or regulated environments
* Confidence in customer retention and building rapport quickly
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a drive for personal growth
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with systems such as Transactor and Microsoft Excel
