Primary Job Functions:
* Perform basic e-bike maintenance by identifying issues and performing small repairs on vehicles in the field. This may include brake & chain adjustments, tire inflation, and vehicle cleaning to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition when needed.
* Use a bike and a phone to travel & navigate around London to repair bikes which are reported broken.
* Follow procedures set in place when dealing with tasks
* Diagnosing, repairing, and performing quality control (QC) on vehicles
* Deploying vehicles to proper locations
* Marking broken vehicles for retrieval
* Retrieving any loose batteries found on the street
* Facing the public
* Reporting decayed vehicles
Secondary Job Functions:
* Neatly aligning vehicles
* Picking up tipped-over vehicles and rebalancing them
* Clearing trash from baskets
* Helping clear backlog in the warehouse when needed
About you:
● Experience in a similar industry preferred, bike mechanic experience particularly
● Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis required
● Knowledge of mobile phone applications. iOS experience preferred
● Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
● Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairs
● Self-motivated with and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks
● A safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checks
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with team members

Pay :
* £13.00 - £14.50 p/h
* Paid weekly
