Inserta and Dental by Design are redefining implant dentistry in the UK — combining cutting‑edge implant systems with a high‑end clinical experience delivered through our Hammersmith clinic.
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive — someone who understands how to drive attention, create engaging content, and build a brand that people want to follow.
This is not a generic corporate social role — this is storytelling, education, before/after impact, case studies, clinicians, transformation journeys.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating day‑to‑day content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn (posts, reels, stories)
* Working directly with clinicians and marketing leads to turn cases into compelling visuals
* Reviewing data and performance insights — and adjusting content accordingly
* Supporting campaign launches and events promotions
* Owning the content calendar for both brands across multiple channels
Ideal profile
* 1–3+ years experience in social content (brand or agency side)
* Software competency — ideally some of the following:
* CapCut
* DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere
* Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator
* Figma
* Understands how to convert attention → action
* Comfortable in a clinical / healthcare environment (private healthcare, aesthetics, dental or beauty experience is a plus)
* Confident communicator — gets into the clinic, captures real content (not just desk‑posting)
* Highly organised — can manage multiple brand streams
* Comfortable learning implant concepts and simplifying them into clear, engaging content (we will train you — curiosity is key)
* Work inside a high‑growth, premium brand with major scale potential
