The Role
As a CCA, you are the first smile our clients and their pets see. You will keep things running smoothly at the front desk, making every visit feel welcoming and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients (both the two-legged and four-legged kinds!).
* Answer phones, emails, and other communications with kindness and professionalism.
* Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups accurately, helping manage the daily flow.
* Maintain client and patient records with attention to detail.
* Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
* Provide information and resources to pet owners with empathy and clarity.
* Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient daily workflow.
* Support the clinical team with admin tasks so they can focus on patient care.
* Keep the reception area clean, calm and pet-friendly.
