Responsibilities Process daily banking transactions and maintain accurate bank spreadsheets. Complete bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies. Manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate system entry and filing. Prepare and execute payment runs for property owners and contractors. Issue remittance advice to contractors. Prepare and send owner statements with supporting bills. Manage direct debits, refunds, and credit card statements. Download, code, and reconcile bills across multiple accounts. Process property and office orders. Communicate payment cut-off dates to contractors and internal teams. Support ad-hoc finance administration tasks as required. Handle client queries over the telephone regarding statements. Qualifications and Experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confident working with bank systems and finance software. Ability to manage regular deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous administration experience essential; experience in financial administration is highly advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is advantageous.
